About the community
Dubailand, a stunning project in the city centre, shows the city's ambition. Dubailand will reinvent luxury living with 45 grand-scale projects and 200 sub-projects. This massive expansion includes real estate, tourism, hospitality, and entertainment, creating many local economic prospects. Dubailand has several properties, each with its own appeal, from inexpensive Mudon, The Villa, Al Waha, and Remraam to high-end villa havens like Al Barari and Akoya. The City of Arabia offers urban apartment living to reduce automobile use, while the Falcon City of Wonders is a self-contained marvel with villas, townhouses, commercial centres, amusement parks, sports facilities, and schools. It's fashioned like a falcon and has copies of the seven contemporary marvels of the world—an unlikely architectural feat.

Lifestyle & Adventures
Dubai's diversified developments include bustling commercial areas with stores, cafés, and restaurants. From the cosy Mudon Community Centre to the City of Arabia and Falcon City of Wonders malls, convenience is always around. Essentials are always available in a neighbourhood minimart or well-stocked supermarket. The Farm at Al Barari provides great dining in a beautiful setting. Arabian Ranches and The Village Community Mall offer delicious food on Al Qudra Road. The Equestrian & Polo Club has a sophisticated steak and seafood restaurant and a casual one. The club has a modern cocktail bar/cigar lounge and a peaceful outdoor area beside the Splash Pool Bar.
Dubailand's Falcon City of Wonders lets you see the world in a day, visit the Gardens of Babylon, admire the Eiffel Tower, and take a selfie with the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Near Al Qudra Road, Akoya, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Arabian Ranches Golf Club provide golf. The Els Club championship course in Victory Heights is another appealing choice. Swim, stroll, and jog, or use state-of-the-art gyms, spas, and sports facilities. The Dubai Cycling Track and Hamdan Sports Complex on Emirates Road (E611) are nearby.
Connectivity & Education
The majority of Dubailand developments are conveniently placed between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Emirates Road (E611). Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates are easily accessible from this ideal location. Sheikh Zayed Road and the Mall of the Emirates are a short drive away.
Arabian Ranches is home to numerous prestigious schools, including The Ranches Nursery and Primary School, Raffles Nursery, JESS (Jumeirah English Speaking School) for Primary and Secondary Education, Raffles International School, Gems World Academy, and the American School of Dubai. Falcon City of Wonders and the City of Arabia are planning more schools.
