About the community
Green Community, a self-contained sanctuary on Dubai's outskirts, serves city professionals and Dubai Investment Park employees. Each of the two sub-communities—East and West—has considerable greenery and a low-rise retail and hotel complex around a gorgeous lake. The Courtyard by Marriott hotel and executive apartments stand out. Green Community residents like its lush, peaceful atmosphere and little traffic. Convenience & Connectivity
The Market Mall is a bustling hub with pharmacies, pet stores, bookshops, vehicle rental services, banks, and a variety of clothing and handicraft stores. Additionally, a large Choithrams supermarket serves the community's groceries. Green Community has many lakeside and mall-based Thai, Lebanese, and Chinese restaurants. The Cucina at the Courtyard by Marriot hotel serves superb Italian food. The upper deck bar offers lake views, making it ideal for relaxing. The region has several fast food and restaurant options for different budgets, as well as supermarkets like Carrefour and Park N Shop.
Green Community is in the DIP industrial sector and has good connections to neighbouring Emirates. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates are easily accessible through the E313 Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Dubai International Airport is 30 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport. Ibn Battuta Mall is the nearest major retail area; the Mall of the Emirates is 15-20 minutes away; and Mirdiff City Centre is 20 minutes away, depending on traffic.

Green Community has parks, pools, and children's play facilities on attractively manicured grounds. Residents can stroll, jog, cycle, or picnic. For a more intense workout, Fitness First and Fit4Life are offered, while nearby spas offer relaxation. The community's friendship assures a full social schedule, so keep a trademark hummus recipe on hand for spontaneous meetings.
Most of Green Community's schools are in DIP, a short drive away. The Children's Garden, Chubby Cheeks Nursery, and Kinderville Nursery at the European Business Centre provide preschool. Dovecote Green School, with a British curriculum, and Greenfield Community School (GCS), with an IB programme for primary and middle years, are great options. The American curriculum at Nibras International School runs from kindergarten to grade 12.
