DURING THE RIDE

Safety First: Keep safe and hydrated to fully enjoy the excitement of Dubai Ride Speed Laps. If you're feeling unwell, it’s best to skip the ride.

Peloton Experience: Riders should be comfortable cycling in a peloton to prevent accidents and ensure a smooth flow along the route.

Essential Gear: Remember to wear your helmet and Dubai Ride Speed Laps bib, as these are required for participation. Also, bring your filled water bottle and bike lights to stay visible and hydrated.

Not a Race: Although this is not a race, there is a minimum speed requirement. If you need to stop or encounter an issue with your bike, move to the side without obstructing others. Riders unable to maintain the minimum speed will be directed off the route by marshals for everyone’s safety.
