Dubai will soon see the addition of a new Dh210 million shopping mall within the Sobha Hartland community, scheduled to open in the latter half of 2026. This project marks Sobha Realty's first foray into the retail sector, promising a community-focused shopping experience.

The mall will boast a total built-up area of 339,000 square feet, with 115,000 square feet of gross leasable space dedicated to 35 retail outlets. It will also feature over 10 dining options, enhancing the lifestyle amenities for Hartland residents and visitors. This new retail hub aims to create a convenient and vibrant space that reflects the dynamic growth and development of Dubai.
